2025 October-December Update

Matthew 28:19 Go to all nations.... make them my Disciples.

Tajikistan’s Security context is still very unstable:

A fight between Tajik and Taliban soldiers happens regularly:
A weapon fight is happening on the border between Tajikistan nd Afghanistan. 4 border patrol soldiers of Tajikistan have been killed by the Talibans. 3 Chinese workers have been killed by the Talibans on the Tajik side of the border.

Going to difficult places - “Chore Mountain village” - a miracle.

For 20 years, I have been praying for one small village in northern Tajikistan. This place looks like a village from one of the books about “The Lord of the Rings”. Very difficult to see the entrance from the main road. Every time, over the past 20 years, as I drove by a sign that said “Chore village,” I would ask the Lord to send me a person from this village. This time, on my way to northern Tajikistan to visit disciples and house churches, the same prayer. On my way back, I saw a family walking 3.5 miles on the rocky road to reach the highway. Clear voice “My son, this is what you were asking and looking for, stop and pick them up and drive them to where they will ask”. So, to make the story short, now I have 2 families of peace from that village, one of them lives just 5 minutes away from me, and another in that high-elevation mountain village. We already shared Good news with them using “3:16 Soccer Ball”. Next steps are to go to that village and have some sports events.

Testimony about 2 persons of peace in the bazaar area, named after “Fasting and Prayer.

” Whenever God calls me to go search for a “person of peace,” I get nervous. Never know what to say? How to start a conversation? What discuss with people? On one side and case it makes me stuck and not going anywhere, what stops the Growing Kingdom of God. But most of the time when I go, I see how God is already at work with people. This time, two simple Muslim guys who regularly fix my car, I started a conversation with them, and understood that God was working with them from the very beginning of their lives. Both of them have significant names: Ramazon- translation of his name sounds like ” Fasting”, another ” Namozali” – ” Prayer time”. So my goal for next month is to help them understand how they can receive from God a truly meaningful life, not just names.

Turkmenistan- multiplication disciples through sport Same as in Tajikistan, and now in Turkmenistan!!!

Arthur, my disciple from Turkmenistan. In terms of economy, freedom to speak, and freedom to follow Jesus, this country is like North Korea. With a highly protected dictatorship government, passing presidential authority from grandfather to father and to son. I met Arthur 3 years ago online. And we kept having meetings over WhatsApp. The only way to have a “Zoom call” with people in Turkmenistan is via WhatsApp. Arthur, former preacher (it is difficult to stop preaching when you’re planting a house church, I know from my own experience :), but he is trying hard!!! Three years of online meetings, once he visit our “Push4Discipleship” gathering, hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit, accepting not popular and hard design(left house church after 7 years of leading it, not seeing any progress). Now I can see how the Holy Spirit moves him. 25 people came to the Lord at the Tuberculosis Hospital in his city, after him and his wife serving there, a group of 20 muslim background teenagers with whom he plays regular sports and shares his testimony, planted a 2nd house church in 2 years. Seeing 2 and 3rd generation of disciples!!! All this results is under the pressure of persecution and extreme economic pressure!!! All Church says: Come, Jesus!!! Maranatha!!!!

Soccer Team in Kabul: how multiplication and obedience expand the Kingdom of God:

Many times, I thought that multiplication and expanding the Word of God is a very difficult and long-lasting process, sometimes even needing something like “abra-kadabra” manipulation:) especially when it relates to the persecution countries like Afghanistan. But what I realised in the last 4 years, it’s only a matter of my and my disciples’ obedience to the Revelation we have when we regularly study the Bible with Afghan house churches. So that is why last year, within our network of house churches among Afghan refugees, we have been so focused on equipping every leader with the tools on how to study Bible in a gatherings and individually. And fruits start to bloom very soon in Afghanistan: disciple of my disciple started a soccer team in Afghanistan to find a person of peace among the 20 Talibans in Kabul. More than 80 people in the last months received the New Testament with the food packages. We are now in the process of setting up a video game club in Kabul to initiate the search the person of peace among young people. And very first time within a history of J316 soccer ball it has been used to preach Gospel to the Afghan young people. In January-February, in another city in the southern part of Afghanistan, we will organize a soccer and floorball tournament among Taliban sellers form local market.

Brooklyn, USA:

Another one of my friends and disciples won a green card lottery two years ago and migrated to the USA, specifically to the city of Brooklyn. As usual, American dream lives vanished with the “hard reality” of migrants’ lives. But what I like in my friend, coworker, and disciple is that he is not giving up in his calling to ministry to the migrant kids in Brooklyn. Most of the native Americans have no understanding of Brooklyn’s diversity, economic, and security context, and how it’s crucial to plant house churches among migrants in Brooklyn. A little bit of statistics about Brooklyn:
Population of Brooklyn: 2,738,000 people
– More than 150 countries’ representatives live in Brooklyn;
– Over 100 languages are spoken in Brooklyn.
– Top non-English languages:
– Spanish
– Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
– Russian
– Central Asian’s
– Yiddish
– Haitian Creole
– More than 35% of the households in Brooklyn never speak English at home;
– 40% of the Population of Brooklyn never celebrates the USA’s traditional holidays; they celebrate their cultural festivals, which they brought from their motherlands.
⁃ Most of the households’ yearly income is less than $60.000;
All these facts make us passionate about reaching our Muslim community of Central Asian migrants in Brooklyn. Right now, my disciple has 2 soccer teams for Central Asian migrant kids. One house church among Eastern European migrants. From the 19th to the 23rd of February 2026, we have a plan to organize multiple Soccer festivals and a “tea table ” meeting to find persons of peace and start regular DBSs.
